Acceptable Use Policy

As a visitor to or user of the services (“Services”) provided by RESCUE ID, LLC (“RESCUE ID”), you shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of your or your organization’s agreement with RESCUE ID. Without limiting the previous sentence, you shall not and shall not allow any other person, entity, or technology to:

1. Use the Services if you are under the age of 18 years old;
2. Input or upload in the Services, or otherwise provide us with, any illegal or prohibited data, including false or misleading information or harmful or illegal content;
3. Interfere with the proper working of the Services (including any other person’s use of the Services) or any transaction being conducted on the Service; or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Services or the underlying technology infrastructure;
4. Breach the security or authentication measures of, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of, the Services, including by hacking, password “stuffing” or “mining”, or any other illegitimate means, or by otherwise using any software, hardware, device, or other technology or means (including virus, bug, trojan horse, worm, backdoor or other malicious computer code and any time bomb or drop dead device) where the purpose or effect is to destroy, disrupt, disable, permit unauthorized access to, or otherwise harm or impede the Services or prevent anyone from using the Services as intended.
5. Exploit the Services in any way, or reverse look-up, trace, or otherwise collect or reveal, any information other than your own, including any information on our other users, visitors, or customers;
6. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to us or through the Service, pretend you are or represent someone else, or otherwise impersonate any other individual or entity (including us);
7. Provide access to the Services, including by: selling, licensing, transmitting, transferring, displaying, publishing, or otherwise distributing these Services to others; providing the Services on a service bureau, rental, managed services basis; or permitting others to create ‘links’ to or ‘frame’ or ‘mirror’ the Services; or making available any token, key, password, or other login credentials to the Services;
8. Access, use, copy, or monitor the Services, reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Services, or obtain materials or information through means not purposely made available through the Services, whether through use of any automatic (e.g., deep-links, scrapers, robots, spiders, crawlers, AI agents, etc.) or manual means or processes;
9. Decipher, translate, analyze, decode, or reverse engineering any portion of the Services, including to derive source code, trade secrets, or know-how in or underlying any Services or any portion thereof;
10. Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any watermarks, disclaimers, or indicia or reservation of intellectual property rights (e.g., patent number, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices);
11. Access the Services to build a similar or competitive product or service (whether or not such competitive product or service is sold or otherwise commercialized);
12. Use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes or violates our rights or the rights of others.

You acknowledge and agree that RESCUE ID may immediately, with or without notice, suspend or terminate your or your organization’s access to or use of our Services if we suspect you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.
